This section contains the presentations delivered by speakers during the five plenary sessions (including the opening and closing sessions) at the Conference. Only presentations that have been authorized by the authors for public viewing are available to download.

The intellectual property and copyright remain with the authors of each presentation and may only be used with their permission. Presentations not appearing in the list below have either not been authorized for publication or have not been provided to the organisers.
